When I was turning 40, I decided to write reflections each month on the day-to-day types of things that add up to a life. These turned into a monthly newspaper column for the Monadnock Ledger-Transcript, which I wrote for a decade. Now, as I turn 60, I thought it was timely to take a pause to reflect once again. How have I changed? What have I learned? What new things will come into my life? How will I continue to grow? I thought it would be fun to juxtapose these new reflections with the ones I wrote 20 years ago -- thanks for coming on the journey!
